VACANCY: Administration Officer NEEDED SOON

PREMEIR FRUITS AND VEGGIES COMPANY Is the company which deals with farming and processing of fruits and vegetables and is urgently seeking to engage an experienced Administration Officer. The office is located at TabataKinyerezi.

JOB PROFILE

A. To maintain good order of the office

B. Preventive maintenance and periodic servicing and repair of office assets

C. Assist in effective management of staff attendance, leave , discipline e.t.c

D. Keeping records of all office equipment

E. Efficient management of general stores including accurate stock control, storage and retrieval

F. Coordinate use of vehicles and ensure vehicle maintenance/repair

G. Ensure that company’s reputation and respectability with suppliers is high by implementing clear orders for supplies, effective system to receive supplies and make payment without delay

H. Assist in manage the supply and maintenance of the infrastructure and related supplies that support ideal work environment and effective delivery of service to customer

I. Assist in preparation of raw materials to the final stage ready for supply

Personal Profile

· Diploma in Business Administration or Accounts

· High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with a team of professionals

· Fluent in English

· Must hold a driver’s license

Minimum Job experience

· Communication skills
